Road and rail transport infrastructures have always been part of the mission of the P&P Group.
\nIn particular, for the period of the operational phase of bridges, P&P supports the infrastructure manager of the road in all the control, verification and monitoring activities necessary to assure the safety of the bridge and to help a more effective management of maintenance operations.<\/p>\n

P&P develops the different analysis steps required by a correct \u201cBridge management process”<\/strong>, which may include one or more of the following activities according to the outcomes of the evaluation process depending on the results provided by the individual operations carried out in sequence:<\/p>\n

Visual inspection<\/em>
\nExecution of experimental investigations and numerical analyses<\/em>
\nSeismic vulnerability study<\/em>
\nBearing capacity assessment and transitability certification<\/em>
\nAssessment of exceptional transport transitability and evaluations of possible transit restrictions<\/em><\/p>\n
