EXISTING BUILDINGS

P&P is a laboratory authorized by the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport to carry out tests on existing buildings. To date, the Laboratory boasts accreditation in sectors A, B and C of Circular 633/STC, in addition to the optional tests included in the sectors indicated above.

P&P works with qualified operators responsible for non-destructive testing according to the UNI EN ISO 9712 standard, the operators boast level 2 and level 3 certifications for checks on concrete structures, reinforced and pre-stressed concrete, masonry and metal structures.

P&P offers a turnkey service, which includes:

  • Support to the professional in drawing up the investigation plan
  • Carrying out tests compliant with the NTC 2018 regulation and Circular 633/STC 2019
  • Carrying out test point restorations
  • Final report

All the equipment used complies with regulations and is periodically calibrated by Accredia centers, to always guarantee maximum precision in the return of test data.

Thanks to P&P's long experience in the in-situ testing sector, the company positions itself as a point of reference at a regional and national level, also operating abroad. With a dedicated technical office made up of dozens of specialized technicians, P&P carries out multiple investigation campaigns on artefacts and infrastructures.

OUR LABORATORIES

Civil Laboratory

The Materials Testing Laboratory carries out the necessary tests for the CE marking of construction materials, in accordance with the relevant harmonized product standards.

MECHANICAL TESTS LABORATORY

The mechanical testing laboratory carries out activities aimed at the verification, control, approval and qualification of materials.

INSTRUMENT CALIBRATION

P&P provides a calibration and certification service for mechanical, electromechanical, electronic, chemical measuring instruments.

CHEMICAL LABORATORY

The main laboratory activities are: sem, earth and rocks, waste, water analysis, emissions and work environments, airborne sampling.
